From Logan Airport
- As you exit the airport, follow signs for MA-1A South (Boston and Sumner Tunnel). The Sumner Tunnel has a $3.00 toll.
- Upon exiting the tunnel, keep left and follow the on-ramp upwards onto I-93 North (Central Artery).
- Continue on I-93 North until you reach I-495. Take Exit 44B for I-495 South (Lowell).
- Travel on I-495 South to US-3. Take Exit 35B for US-3 North (Nashua NH).
- Travel on Route 3 North to Exit 32. Take the second exit off of the rotary (Route 4 North Lowell).
- Go straight through two set of lights. After the second set of lights, continue for 1/2 mile. Concordant is located on the left in The Mill Complex.
From I-95 (MA-128)
- Travel on I-95 (MA-128) and take Exit 32A for US-3 North (Lowell/Nashua NH).
- Travel on Route 3 North to Exit 32. Take the second exit off of the rotary (Route 4 North Lowell).

From I-495
- Travel on I-495 South to US-3. Take Exit 35A for US-3 North (Nashua NH).
- Travel on Route 3 North to Exit 32. Take the second exit off of the rotary (Route 4 North Lowell).

From Nashua NH Area
- Travel Route 3 South to Exit 32. Follow signs to Route 4 North Chelmsford.
- Take the Route 4 North Lowell exit off of the rotary.
- Go straight through two sets of lights. After the second set of lights, continue for 1/2 mile. Concordant is located on the left in The Mill Complex.
From Manchester Airport
- Exit the Airport onto Brown Ave. and follow signs to I-293 North (NH-101 West).
- Shortly after merging onto I-293 North you will want to take Exit 3 for Everett Turnpike South.
- Continue on Everett Turnpike South, which will merge with US-3 South.
- Travel Route 3 South to Exit 32. Follow signs to Route 4 North Chelmsford.
- Take the Route 4 North Lowell exit off of the rotary.
