Concordant’s Fastrack is a 4–6 week collaborative process designed to define the framework of an organization’s overall HIT or specific EHR program. The framework focuses on four EHR program components of governance, standards development, program management services, and cost modeling. This framework is solidified in a day–long stakeholder workshop designed to create alignment resulting in harmonized EHR implementation goals necessary for large–scale program deployment.Solutions Components
