In this phase, we work with the client to assess current program management capabilities, staff, and processes and make recommendations with regard to implementation of best–practice program management, including initiation, planning, execution, closure, and control.

Cost Modeling includes defining service offerings to organizational constituents based on defined financial goals and industry benchmark models.

Governance aligns the program vision with an organizational structure to allow for identification of the challenges and obstacles, both cultural and organizational, that enable program success.
